Terms governing our hosting services, payment, refunds and liability.

1. General Provisions
KivCloud provides web hosting services, account management, and related services. By using the service, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms.
2. Account Registration
- Client agrees to provide accurate information during registration.
- Client is responsible for account security (password, 2FA).
- KivCloud may request identity verification for suspicious activity.
- Account sharing between unrelated parties is not permitted.
3. Payment & Billing
- Payment is made in advance for the selected billing period.
- Services may auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date.
- Non-payment may lead to suspension after a warning.
- Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
- KivCloud may change pricing with 30 days notice.
4. Refund Policy

5. Acceptable Use Policy
- No malware, phishing, spam scripts, illegal content, DMCA violations, DDoS, crypto mining, or unauthorised reselling.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Backups
Automatic daily backups (JetBackup), 14–30 day retention. Client responsible for their own critical data backups.
7. Liability & SLA
99.9% monthly uptime guaranteed. Maximum liability: last month's payment.
8. Suspension & Termination
KivCloud may suspend for AUP violations, non-payment, or security threats. Client may cancel anytime via account panel.
9. Governing Law
Governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Contact [email protected] before any claim.
